We are here to help guide you through your interlock programme by providing you with a trouble free alcohol interlock experience.

To exit the interlock programme follow the below steps -

- contact NZTA on 0800 822 422 or info@nzta.govt.nz to ask for permission to exit

- NZTA will view reports and advise you of their decision

- If you are okay to exit, go to a licencing agency and apply for a zero alcohol licence

- contact your service centre to arrange a removal. Make sure you show your zero alcohol licence at the time of removal.
